Who is responsible for the data

The controller of the data described here is FourRise Consulting Inc, located in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, United States. For any privacy matter, write to team@fourrise.com.

What data we collect

We collect only the data you actively provide and the minimum technical data required for the site to work.

Data you provide: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company name and the answers you record in the Business Score or in contact forms.
Direct contact data: the content of the messages you send by email or WhatsApp.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and access date and time, logged automatically by the infrastructure hosting the site.

Why we use the data

To generate and deliver the Business Score result you requested.
To answer your messages and follow up on the conversation you started.
To send commercial communications, when you separately consent to that.
To keep the site secure, stable and working.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Consent to generate the result of the Business Score is separate from consent to commercial contact. You may accept one and decline the other.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that make the site and our service possible, and only to the extent necessary:

Vercel Inc. — site hosting and technical access logs.
Resend — delivery of the transactional emails generated by the forms.
Google Fonts — loading of the site typefaces, which processes the IP address of the request.
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — when you choose to talk to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp terms and privacy policy.

Professionals and companies in the specialist network only receive your data at your request or with your authorization.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose that motivated its collection and to meet legal and contractual obligations. Business Score answers and contact details of people who did not become clients are kept while the commercial relationship is active and for up to five years after the last contact, unless you request deletion earlier.

Your rights

You may request at any time:

confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
correction of incomplete or outdated data;
deletion of your data, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it;
withdrawal of consent for commercial communications;
a copy of the data you provided to us.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or improper disclosure. No system is fully immune to incidents; if a relevant event affects your data, we will notify data subjects and authorities as required by applicable law.

Children and teenagers

The FourRise site and services are intended for adult business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Relevant changes will be communicated through our usual channels.
