Train, value, retain.

Training means teaching inside the company's model: how the work is done, what the expected result is, what the benefit is for those who are part of it. The worker who understands the model delivers better and grows along with it, his growth and his family's livelihood tied to the company's.

The worker's growth and the company's growth are the same movement.

Valuing is structure, not loosening up: respect for the process and for the person. And conduct is structure too: hygiene, ethics, respect for the client's home and job site, and respect for the tool, because every tool has a cost. Whoever wears the company's name represents the company.

All of this has a name in the F.O.U.R. Method: it is the Unity phase, aligning people, processes and direction. As long as the company does not have that alignment, it depends on the owner for everything, and no salary solves it.
